Floor King supplies and installs flooring products, including laminate, vinyl, and other flooring solutions, across Dubai and the UAE. These terms apply to all quotations, orders, and services provided through our website, showroom, or sales team. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on our website at the time of your order will apply.
2. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are estimates based on the information and measurements available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed after a site visit or measurement check, where applicable. Placing an order, whether online or through our sales team, confirms acceptance of the quoted price, product specifications, and estimated timelines. Product images shown on our website are for reference only; actual colour and texture may vary slightly.
3. Payment Terms
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm an order, depending on the product and service selected. Our website accepts secure online payments through approved payment methods. For larger installation projects, an advance payment may be requested, with the balance due on completion. All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary due to product availability, site access, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify customers of any expected delays. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and ready to receive materials on the agreed date. Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once payment is received in full, and risk passes upon delivery.
5. Installation Services
Installation is carried out by trained Floor King technicians according to the specifications agreed at the time of booking. The customer must ensure the site is prepared, clean, and accessible before the scheduled installation date. Floor King is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by site conditions not disclosed prior to booking. Any changes requested after installation has started may incur additional charges and revised timelines.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Order cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Cancellations made before materials are ordered or cut are generally eligible for a refund, less any costs already incurred. Once materials have been custom-cut or an installation team has been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply. Rescheduling is subject to technician and stock availability.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Unused and unopened flooring materials in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Custom-cut, made-to-order, or installed materials cannot be returned unless faulty. To request a return, customers should contact our team with proof of purchase and details of the product condition.
8. Warranty
Floor King offers a warranty on flooring products and installation workmanship, with terms varying by product type and manufacturer. Warranty claims must be reported promptly, with supporting details and, where possible, photographs. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, water exposure beyond the product’s rating, or normal wear and tear.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate site measurements, access details, and any relevant site conditions at the time of booking. Floor King is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
10. Website Use
All content on the Floor King website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Floor King and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Users must not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its normal operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
Floor King’s liability is limited to the value of the products or services purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, product performance, or installation issues beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
12. Force Majeure
Floor King is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, supplier shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
